The Sonoma Resource Conservation District (RCD) is pleased to invite you to respond to this Request for Proposals (RFP) for a classification & compensation study. The intention of this RFP is to solicit responses and formal proposals from qualified Human Resources consulting firms and select a single firm to conduct a compensation study (study) for the RCD.
